The Aynor High School Blue Jackets marched through the field and won the 11th annual Anderson Brothers Bank Invitational High School Golf Championship with a four shot victory over Laurens High School. Tuesday's high winds challenged players on the tight Dusty Hills C.C. course, but the Blue Jackets were able to use the winds to their advantage and increase their lead with a final round total of 309. After the first day of play the Blue Jackets had a slim 3 shot lead over the Laurens Raiders. The Raiders put pressure on the Blue Jackets all day but the Blue Jackets kept their cool and came home with the victory. Third place went to the Fighting Hornets of Ware Shoals High School with a team total of 646.
Neal Todd from Laurens High School was the Tournament Medalist with a two day total of 146. Todd was able to overtake first round leader Ryan Wilkinson with a hard fought final round 74 at Dusty Hills Country Club. Aynor's Zane Price finished second one shot behind Todd.
