Text Message Options

Sign up for account and promotional text messages from Anderson Brothers Bank


Here are ways you may opt in to receive text messages, alerts for accounts, transactions, security and online transaction alerts or special informational alerts related to office closures, marketing messages and promotions:
  • Keyword opt-in:  Text a specific keyword to a short code number to subscribe to text messages. 
    Text ABB to 39789 to subscribe to account alerts from Anderson Brothers Bank.

  • Verbal opt-in: User provides mobile number to Anderson Brothers Bank customer service to opt-in for text messages.                                                   By providing your cell phone number and opting in to receive text message, you have provided Anderson Brothers Bank with consent to send you text messages in conjunction with the services you have requested.  This may be in person at one of the locations or by calling 800-345-8081. 
i.  Message frequency varies by account/preference. MSG& data rates may apply.  
ii. To opt-out text STOP to 39789 or reply to message STOP.  An opt-out confirmation message will be sent back to you. 
iii.To request support, Text HELP to 39789 or email us at Bank@abbank.com
 
MMS: If your phone doesn't support MMS, you'll receive a SMS instead.
